2024 was a key milestone for Number 30 with the opening of the new cinema and café, we're are offering another wonderful opportunity as we seek an operator/partner to take up our new, superbly refurbished retail space. 

The retail space is situated on the ground floor of the building, close to the café and cinema with large windows onto Deveron Street, so this space could be ideal for a variety of either established, or new businesses.
